GHK-Cu

Description

GHK-Cu is a copper-binding tripeptide (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine) complexed with copper(II). It occurs naturally in human plasma and is studied extensively in dermal research.

Mechanism of Action

GHK-Cu is reported to stimulate collagen and glycosaminoglycan synthesis, act as an antioxidant, and regulate matrix-remodelling pathways. Copper delivery is central to its proposed mechanism.
