Description

CJC-1295 (with DAC) is a tetra-substituted growth-hormone-releasing hormone analogue. The Drug Affinity Complex binds albumin in vivo, extending the circulating half-life well beyond native GHRH.

Mechanism of Action

CJC-1295 acts as a GHRH receptor agonist, increasing growth-hormone release from the pituitary. Albumin binding through the DAC moiety delays clearance and prolongs its action.
